"Attention to Details" ... not just a saying, but a work ethic.

A Home's Health Check

We perform a "Health Check" on the home or property, a general check-up of the numerous systems and components.  If conditions are found that need further review or repair by a specialist, we will recommend you contact an appropriate expert in that field.  We are not unlike a general practitioner, whom you go to for a general physical, and who then refers you to a specialist if health conditions are suspected or diagnosed requiring further evaluation.

The best news we could give you is that no serious or major conditions were found in the inspection of the home.  Too often though we do uncover conditions needing attention in order to maintain the home's health and safety, thus the health and safety of your family.  Consider our services like an insurance policy - hopefully the majority of the information we provide isn't a surprise to you, but if it is, you will be especially glad you worked with us.

You will also learn a lot about the home and property through the process, as well as receive tips and suggestions on how to properly maintain it.

Our Investment Fees

The investment fees for our Full Home Inspection, or for specific evaluations, is based on the size (square footage) and age of the home.  Of course other factor can also enter in, such as additional out-buildings or special evaluation requests.  We have included "average" investment fees on the following specific inspection pages.  Please call or e-mail us for a specific quote.  Don't make such an important decision based on "price" alone.  Make the investment in your home's future, and your family's security.  If you hesitate to pay for a professional, consider what it may cost you to hire an amateur!

If you also schedule a Complete Wood Destroying Organisms/Pests Inspection along with a Full Home Inspection for the same visit, you will save over 50% off the fee.

RESIDENTIAL

Full Home Inspection

We perform a thorough, 2-1/2 to 4 hour total home and property visual inspection of accessible components and systems.  Report includes a Summary of the Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection, outlined below.

New Home Warranty Inspection

Prior to closing on your new home, or before your one-year builder warranty expires, let us thoroughly review your home.  Trust us to be your objective third-party.

Structural Pests Inspection
(Complete Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection)

Often called a Pest and Dry Rot Inspection.  Thorough visual inspection of the exterior, crawl spaces, and interior home components prone to insect and fungi attack, fully documented to the National Pest Control Association standards, with diagrams and digital photographs as appropriate.

Manufactured Home Inspection

Manufactured Homes have unique differences in their construction and location setup versus "site-built" homes, which requires specialized experience to properly inspect.  We are trained and certified to perform Manufactured Home Inspections by the American Institute of Inspectors.  Trust an Inspector who has the experience.

Individual Component Evaluations

Your Siding/Exterior Specialists.  Inspections such as Siding, Roofing, or Water Drainage only, to meet your specific requests and needs.  Of course we also evaluate interior components and systems as well.

Re-inspections

We are also available for Re-inspections, returning to the property after previously performing a Full Home Inspection or a Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection.  This is usually after a client has had some repair work done, or has requested that a Seller have done prior to closing.  Trust us to help make sure the conditions were corrected properly.

MULTI-FAMILY

We also have multi-family inspection experience, whether it be a single duplex or a large multi-building apartment complex.  Obviously these type of projects have unique requirements regarding inspection and reporting, and we have the knowledge and skills to document them properly.  If necessary, we have a variety of professional industry contacts, and can bring in other inspectors or experts as appropriate to save you time and money.  Call us to discuss your needs and receive a specific project quote.
