"Attention to
Details" ... not just a saying, but a work ethic.
A Home's Health Check
We perform a "Health Check" on the home
or property, a general check-up of the numerous systems and components. If conditions are
found that need further review or repair by a specialist, we will recommend you
contact an appropriate expert in that field. We are not unlike a general
practitioner, whom you go to for a general physical, and who then refers you to
a specialist if health conditions are suspected or diagnosed requiring further
evaluation.
The best news we could give you is that no serious or major
conditions were found in the inspection of the home. Too often though we
do uncover conditions needing attention in order to maintain the home's health
and safety, thus the health and safety of your family.
Consider our services like an insurance policy - hopefully the majority of the information we
provide isn't a surprise to you, but if it is, you will be especially glad
you worked with us.
You will also learn a lot about the home and property through
the process, as well as receive tips and suggestions on how to properly maintain
it.
What Our Master-Certified Home Inspections Include

each stage of the inspection, throughout the entire evaluation process,
helping to protect your family. Read a few testimonials from satisfied
customers on our Client Comments

Our Investment Fees
The investment fees for
our Full Home Inspection, or for specific evaluations, is based on the size
(square footage) and age of the home. Of course other factor can also
enter in, such as additional out-buildings or special evaluation requests.
We have included "average" investment fees on the following specific inspection pages. Please call or e-mail us for a specific quote.
Don't make such an important decision based on "price" alone. Make the
investment in your home's future, and your family's security. If you
hesitate to pay for a professional, consider what it may cost you to hire an
amateur!
If you also schedule a
Complete Wood Destroying Organisms/Pests Inspection along with a Full Home
Inspection for the same visit, you will save over 50% off the fee.
